About Us | Mission Statement | Vision Statement
TRISTAR Benefit Administrators is a third party administrator of self-funded employee benefit plans. With more than 20 years of experience, we are committed to providing our customers excellent service.
TRISTAR Benefit Administrators has expanded to administer self-funded dental, vision, and short-term disability plans. We also administer Section 125 Flexible Spending Account plans for medical plan clients and for flex plan-only clients.
We custom design benefit plans and help regain control of your employee health plan. In addition to plan design, marketing efforts, and claims administration, we will also provide you with detailed utilization reports which assist in future plan design and identifying trends and areas of high utilization.
TRISTAR Benefit Administrators partners with independent insurance brokers to provide clients with the very best in plan administrative services and reporting. We service clients who have employees residing across the United States. We have insurance broker partners in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas and Wisconsin.
We are committed to meeting the client's needs in the most timely and effective manner. We offer personal service with our dedicated claims and administrative service teams. We administer many different plan designs and often administer multiple plans for a single employer. We provide comprehensive administrative services, including cost control programs, claims management, utilization and financial reporting, and risk information services. Rather than just solving problems as they arise, we work to anticipate needs and offer proactive recommendations and solutions.
TRISTAR Benefit Administrators coordinates preferred provider organizations (PPOs) to meet the needs of our clients and their employees, even for those employers with employees residing in many different states.
Our commitment includes reviewing benefit plans throughout the policy term, assisting with regulations compliance, and ensuring benefits and costs remain competitive.
